How long does it take to receive my order?

• Orders typically take about 3-6 business days to get personally tailored, crafted and shipped.
• All orders are custom made and printed-on-demand individually when you order.  In other words, we don't have boxes of products ready-to-ship.  This allows us to add personalization to items or customize as you want.
• Orders can take up to 3-6 Business days depending on location to arrive once shipped for USA domestic orders. 

How can I track my order? 

• You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped.
• Please review the emailed receipt we send after each order is placed to see the most up-to-date processing times. 

I received a damaged parcel, what should I do?

• In case you received a damaged parcel, please contact us immediately. We guarantee to send you a replacement or refund.
